"NewMotion" in the film and television industry

Initiated by Roshanak 'Rosh' Khodabakhsh and Jorgo Narjes in cooperation with PAIQ Produzentenallianz Initiative für Qualifikation GmbH, NewMotion is aimed at newcomers and career changers in the film and TV industry: With on-set shadowing and targeted mentoring, the job-entry program will give marginalized marginalized groups a low-threshold, unbureaucratic, but also effective entry point.
