Simone Jost-Westendorf heads the Journalism Lab of the North Rhine-Westphalia Media Authority in Düsseldorf. She protects and promotes journalistic diversity in NRW as a media location and organizes innovation and young talent programmes for media professionals in North Rhine-Westphalia with the Journalism Lab. Simone Jost-Westendorf was editorial director at the Franco-German TV channel ARTE, worked as a freelance film producer and managed the online magazine politik-digital.de in Berlin.
