Alex Kind

From the tape recorder to the digital audio platform! Alex Kind learnt the job of "radio journalist" from scratch in 1990 - as a trainee at a magazine radio station in Berlin - and later helped to develop private radio in Berlin. At the beginning it was all about the craft (interviews, reports, OB van assignments) - later on it was about entertainment, information and entertainment as a morning show presenter in the team of Berliner Rundfunk 91.4. After 10 years of morning show and member of the programme management of BRF914 the "radio journey" began. 15 years of radio consulting, market research and coaching for radio stations in Germany, Bavaria ;-), Slovenia, Austria and Russia. At the same time, Alex Kind has been responsible for the development and expansion of the radio station STAR FM into a successful ROCKMARKE as programme director since 2006. In the third phase, he moved into the wonderful world of REGIOCAST -RADIO as Programme Director and oversaw the exciting transformation of an analogue radio station into a digital audio company. Only a phone call could stop this. The old "love" STAR FM was looking for support and so Alex Kind, as Managing Director since 2022, has been responsible for the expansion of the STAR FM radio brand into the ROCK RADIO NETWORK with DAB+ programmes in 8 federal states and a strong digital ROCK platform: the STAR FM MAXIMUM ROCK app.
