Quo vadis, streaming?

How much streaming does the audience want, how much streaming can be financed, how much streaming does the market need? Key questions in a time of consolidation. The euphoria following the moving image boom of the coronavirus years has subsided. The big streaming providers' ambitious content plans have been scaled back. Private households are rethinking their media budgets in light of the general rise in the cost of living.

Streamers and media libraries now need to redefine their claims and optimize their business models in light of the changed circumstances. Which advertising models can compensate for the subscription slump? Can costs be reduced through cooperation? Is the super streamer a viable approach for the future?
