Tobias Schiwek

Tobias Schiwek took over the international business of We Are Era, the first pan-European hybrid of studio and talent agency, as CEO. Under his leadership, Europe's largest influencer network Divimove was transformed into the pan-European media company We Are Era with 240 employees at eight locations following a total of four successful company integrations. We Are Era bundles reach, talent, data and content under one roof. The company sees itself as a trailblazer, strategy consultant and content producer for brands, broadcasters, platforms and NGOs. Eras international team leads Europe's largest talent agency with over 1,500 social influencers and artists in Europe. Previously, Schiwek was Chief Digital Officer at UFA and Managing Director of the digital studio UFA X, which is now part of We Are Era. Before joining UFA, the digital strategist founded various start-ups in the media industry and advised established industries on digital change (book industry, telecommunications, insurance). He was also active as a business angel and mentor for various international start-ups. As a university lecturer, he regularly speaks on the topics of entrepreneurship and digital transformation. Schiwek studied political science and business administration in Mannheim and Milan.
