Dirk Wittenborg

As co-founder of Foxxum and rlaxx TV, Dirk Wittenborg has done pioneering work in the field of connected TV, which are now part of ZEASN through a merger. As Chairman of the Supervisory Board, he is instrumental in shaping the global merger of TV brands to maximise monetisation revenues from TV sets sold. Prior to his involvement in the TV industry, Dirk Wittenborg worked in banking and strategy consulting. In 1997, he founded his first company, a strategy consultancy, which he sold to a renowned software consulting group in 2000. In 2002, Dirk Wittenborg initiated the investment holding company Axxola with investments in various sectors.

Since 2023, he has been bringing together participants in the CTV ecosystem worldwide with the Mission 1 Joint Venture Alliance to grant them an exclusive share of all platform revenues. Dirk Wittenborg has a Master's degree in Business Administration (University of Passau) and is a passionate water sports enthusiast and father of five girls.
