Dr. Martin Rupp

Dr. Martin Rupp is Head of Regulatory Affairs & Public Policy at Sky Deutschland. Before joining Sky in 2020, he held similar positions at Vodafone, Kabel Deutschland, and the Media Association of the Free Press, as well as at the Institute for European Media Law and Saarland University, where he earned his doctorate in media and data protection law. He completed his legal training at the University of Heidelberg and in Toronto, Canada. He is a member of the VAUNET departmental board and the FFA administrative board.
