Dr. Annette Schumacher

Dr Annette Schumacher has been Managing Director of the Bavarian Regulatory Authority for Commercial Broadcasting (BLM) since 1 October 2021. Previously, the doctor of law held leading positions at several consulting companies. Among other things, Dr Annette Schumacher was responsible for media policy and media regulation at a large cable network operator for many years. Media and telecommunications law was already her speciality as a research assistant at the Chair of Public Law at the University of Augsburg.
