Ulrike Segner

Ulrike Segner is the Operative Head of Broadcasting and Online and thus responsible for all operational topics and processes in the broadcasting and online area of GEMA, from customer licensing to distribution to the members. She studied economics at the LMU Munich from 2004 to 2009 and then joined GEMA. The passion for achieving the best for GEMA's membership and the joy of continuous optimisation led her to quickly expand her area of responsibility from project coordinations to department heads and finally to the head of the directorate. In this role, she has been shaping GEMA's role as an enabler and intermediary between music creators and the media world since 2021.
