Robert Hecklau

Robert Hecklau is a journalist from Saarbrücken. At Saarländischer Rundfunk, he is editorial director and host of the funk format "offen un' ehrlich" on YouTube and Tiktok. In addition, he develops new formats for funk and ARD. Before that, Robert Hecklau worked for several years as a freelance journalist for WDR, Eins Plus and SR, where he produced radio reports and TV features, among other things. For his work he received, among others, the Grimme Award as well as the Otto Brenner Award for critical journalism.
