Daniela Späth

As Lab Coordinator at Deutsche Welle (DW), Daniela develops innovative journalistic products for DW's target regions. Using design thinking methods, she guides and leads interdisciplinary project teams experimenting with new platforms and technologies. In 2022, Daniela was a fellow of the Journalism Innovators Program at Hamburg Media School, funded by Meta. Before joining DW Lab, she worked for DW for many years as a video journalist and social media editor.
