Inga Leschek

Inga Leschek, born in 1977, has been Chief Content Officer of RTL Deutschland since June 2024. In addition to her position as Programme Director of RTL and RTL+, the experienced programme maker and producer is responsible for the content of all RTL Deutschland channel brands (RTL, VOX, ntv, RTL Super & Multichannel), the content of RTL+ and all journalistic content and digital platforms of RTL NEWS (except stern+). Inga Leschek took over as Programme Director of RTL and RTL+ in March 2023, having previously been responsible for non-fiction content at streaming provider Netflix for the German-speaking and Central and Eastern European region as Director Nonfiction. Before joining Netflix in October 2021, she was Managing Director of the production companies RTL Studios (formerly Norddeich TV) and 99pro media, which she successfully merged in 2020. Under her leadership, successful formats such as ‘Ninja Warrior’ (RTL), ‘Guidos Deko Queen’ (VOX) and ‘Are you the one?’ (RTL+). Inga Leschek joined the company in 2013 from the production company Tresor TV, which she had headed up as Managing Director in Austria since 2005 and in Germany since 2010. Previously, she was an authorised signatory of the advertising film production company ‘Neue Sentimental Film’, production manager at ORF and production manager for the private broadcaster ATV.
