Michaela Ernst, born 1962, is a page-turner, author and TEDx speaker. She is co-founder, editor-in-chief and shareholder of the Austrian business magazine for women "Sheconomy. The New Sides of Business." As such, she advocates for equal opportunity, female self-esteem, financial literacy for women, and more women in STEM fields. Before that, she worked for years at the news magazine "profil," where she headed the "Innovation" portfolio department. During this time, she also dealt with the changed working conditions due to CPS as part of a part-time study program. She presented the results of her study in a TEDx talk. In 2020, she published the book "Error 404," in which she argues for a mindful, critical approach to digitalization and shows how each individual can play a role in shaping change. Michaela Ernst lives and works in Vienna - since 1983 as a journalist, columnist and author of several books. She is married and the mother of an adult son.
