Matthias Heinze
SVP Commercial/Managing Director, Warner Bros. Discovery
Matthias Heinze has been responsible for Distribution and Partnerships at Warner Bros. Discovery GSA since September 2022, which includes program sales and the distribution of WBD channels and streaming products. He is also responsible for the home entertainment business, games, consumer products and franchise management. He was also appointed to the Management Board in November 2023.
Until the merger to form Warner Bros. Discovery, he was General Manager CEE for WarnerMedia's Central and Eastern European business. Prior to that, he held senior positions in the Warner Media / TimeWarner Group, including General Manager CEE & Benelux and VP Commercial for Turner GAS & CEE. Before joining Turner in 2008, Matthias Heinze held various roles in ad sales and marketing at ProSieben Sat.1.
