As Director Business Development at aireal, Aleksandar Rustemovski is responsible for the development and growth of the Group's audio advertising technology. With over 25 years of experience in audio and digital advertising, Aleksandar brings a wealth of expertise to his role. After working in the web and mobile business for 9 years, he moved into the radio industry, leading the RadioCom Group's digital marketing from 2007 to 2019. He was then Managing Director Digital at Radiokombi CP Media GmbH until 2023. Aleksandar's knowledge of the agency landscape, coupled with his extensive experience in local radio marketing, enables him to recognize structural changes and long-term opportunities for radio and audio publishers. He has a great passion for the radio industry and loves to help drive progress and innovation for the benefit of the entire industry.
