Carolin Häublein

Carolin Häublein studied Media and Communication at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich. Her passion for media never waned, and in 2010 she took on sole responsibility for JAM FM. There, she strategically drove the development of JAM FM into a cross-media brand and successfully positioned the Berlin-based station on a national level. From 2020 to 2024, she also served on the management board of RTL Audio Center Berlin before being appointed COO and joining the management team of RTL Radio Deutschland in 2024, at which point she stepped down from her role at RTL Audio Center.
