Tikhon Dzyadko is a journalist and the Editor-in-Chief of TV Rain (Dozhd), the only independent TV-station in Russia (now based in Europe). He is the former deputy Editor-in-Chief and host of the RTVI channel and a former correspondent and presenter of the radio station Ekho Moskvy.
