As Editor-in-Chief and Director of Content, Markus Knall is responsible for the development of the IPPEN.MEDIA editorial network. The network comprises more than 50 media portals with brands such as Merkur.de, Frankfurter Rundschau, tz.de, buzzfeed.de and numerous local titles. He studied political science and history in Regensburg and Washington and completed an Executive MBA in St. Gallen in 2022. The industry service kress named him Digital Editor-in-Chief of the Year in 2020.
