With 4 feature films, 5 major TV event movies, 20 television films, and over 100 series episodes for ARD, ZDF, RTL, Sat 1, Pro Sieben, and SHOWTIME (USA), he is considered one of Germany’s most sought-after film and TV directors. His work across various genres—ranging from mystery and science fiction to crime and family entertainment—testifies to his versatility. In addition to directing, he has also been active as a writer and producer. With the international sci-fi series SPIDES (2020/NBC Universal), he appeared as a showrunner for the first time, alongside his roles as creator and director.
