Stephanie Wagner

After completing various internships in the film industry, Stephanie Wagner joined Constantin Film in 1996/1997, working in post-production. She then studied production at the Film Academy Baden-Württemberg and completed her studies as the producer of the feature film “Nichts bereuen” (No Regrets).
She then worked for several years as a producer at Network Movie in Cologne and at diefilmgmbh in Munich before returning to Constantin Film in 2006. There she established the in-house production department, which also employed trainees in image and sound media design, for whom Stephanie Wagner has since been responsible as a trainer. She developed the ‘PMF Studium’ in cooperation with HAW Ansbach and HFF Munich.
Since April 2023, Stephanie Wagner has been responsible for all training formats at Constantin in her position as Head of Talent Management. She works closely with the Human Resources department in recruiting and represents Constantin Film nationwide in various working groups that develop new training formats for the film industry.
