Hagen Boßdorf

Hagen Bossdorf is a sports business consultant with years of experience as a television journalist, marketer, and university lecturer in the areas of strategy development and media rights marketing. He works with sports associations, leagues, television stations, international companies, and agencies, helping them to grow and develop business strategies in sports. His diverse professional experience gives him a comprehensive 360-degree perspective on sports.
After a competitive handball career, Hagen Boßdorf studied journalism and sports science in Leipzig. His professional career in television included positions as sports director at Ostdeutscher Rundfunk Brandenburg (ORB), editor-in-chief at ORB, sports coordinator at ARD, consultant at the Sportfive agency, and media and marketing coordinator for the IWGA World Games. Today, he is the founder and managing director of Finals, the largest regular multi-sport event in Germany, and a lecturer at Munich Business School.
