Alexandra Geese

Alexandra Geese has been a Member of the European Parliament since 2019. She is the digital expert for the Greens/EFA political group, co-founder of the Eurostack initiative, and advocates for Europe's digital sovereignty. As shadow rapporteur for the Digital Services Act, she helped shape legislation that strengthens Europe's ability to set its own rules for digital platforms and online spaces.
In Parliament, Alexandra Geese is a member of the Committee on Industry, Research and Energy (ITRE), the Committee on Women's Rights and Gender Equality (FEMM), and the Special Committee on the European Democracy Shield (EUDS). She is a substitute member of the Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection (IMCO) and a full member of the US Delegation.
