Moritz Holzgraefe has been working in the digital industry in Germany and abroad for more than 15 years. After studying in Germany and the US, he earned his doctorate at Bucerius Law School with a thesis on media and competition law. After holding various positions at Axel Springer SE, most recently as head of the Brussels office, he has been Senior Manager, Government Affairs & Policy at Google since 2025, where he is responsible for YouTube's political work in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Central and Northern Europe. He is Vice President of the German Federal Association of the Digital Economy, a Marshall Memorial Fellow of the German Marshall Fund, and a Young Leader of the American Council on Germany.
