Kristin Benedikt

Kristin Benedikt is a judge at the Administrative Court and a data protection officer. From 2015 to 2020, she headed the Internet division at the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision. She is also a speaker and author of numerous articles on the GDPR, ePrivacy law, and Artificial Intelligence. Kristin Benedikt is also a trained business mediator and lecturer at the Technical University of Cologne and the University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration in Bavaria.
