Pauline Leininger

Pauline Leininger studied Media Informatics (B.A.) and Human-Computer Interaction (M.Sc.) at LMU Munich. With her passion for the interface between film and new technologies, she has been an integral part of the team since the AI Lab was founded at the University of Television and Film Munich in 2022. Her focus is on visual generative AI and AI-supported virtual production—especially in the areas of previsualization, 3D generation, and scene reconstruction. Pauline not only researches the role of AI in media production, but also develops practical tools that support and expand creative work processes. In addition, she accompanies and advises students on projects in the field of AI and media.
