Cornelia Steinbock

Founder & CEO, xounds

Cornelia Steinbock is a Berlin-based founder and managing director of xounds GmbH, as well as a systemic coach and speaker. After studying political science and business administration in Potsdam and completing a master's degree in European Politics and Governance in Ireland, she gained a wide range of experience at the intersection of politics, sustainability, communication, and community building—both in international organizations and in start-ups and NGOs. Her career has taken her to the Irish Embassy, the marketing department of Tourism Ireland in London, the management of a Berlin-based food start-up, and the leadership of political and networking projects at the social enterprise Acker. Her focus has always been on connecting people, building structures, and driving social change. All of this experience now flows into the implementation of xounds—a space for open conversation, audible intimacy, and the dismantling of stigma. With the help of AI, Cornelia Steinbock creates a safe environment for exploration and participation, where authentic voices are not replaced but amplified.
