Anna Neifer

Anna is a data journalist, media trainer, and speaker. After completing her traineeship at WDR, she published her investigative reporting with outlets such as ARD, ZDF, and VICE. As a team lead at Kooperative Berlin, she developed and managed digital formats, including projects for funk. Since 2024, she has specialized in data science and artificial intelligence, co-developing the AI app Electify, which helped voters compare party positions ahead of elections. As part of the “Reinvent Social Media” fellowship, she is working on criteria for democratic and transparent algorithms and is developing a prototype within the Fediverse.
