Kathleen Schroeter

After 13 years at the renowned Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, Kathleen Schroeter transitioned in 2020 from scientific research to the consulting sector, joining J2C as a technologist and alchemist with a focus on corporate culture transformation. That same year, she was elected to the board of XRBB – Extended Reality e.V. Berlin-Brandenburg, where she serves as honorary chair. In 2021, she co-founded ootiboo GmbH, which uses creativity to design engaging innovative experiences for children and teenagers, focusing on real-life learning. Her leadership has been recognized internationally: in 2018, the Advanced Imaging Society in Los Angeles honored her with the Distinguished Leadership Award, naming her among 13 influential women shaping entertainment and high technology. As a public speaker and moderator, Kathleen helps audiences contextualize tech trends, understand R&D processes, and envision near-future scenarios at the intersection of science and innovation.
