Thorsten Decker is Chief Strategy Officer and member of the Management Board of Omnicom Media Group Germany. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic development of the group and shapes transformation processes at the interface between brand, people, and market. With a clear focus on sustainable effectiveness, he develops future-proof strategies that engage customers, target groups, and employees alike.
After working at Carat (HMS & Carat) and MediaCom, Thorsten joined Omnicom Media Group in 2019. He combines his passion for advertising, which has been with him since childhood, with a deep understanding of data-driven communication and the interplay of creativity and strategy.
