Josephine Kittner

Josephine Kittner is Senior Vice President of Content Strategy, Discovery & Analytics for RTL+ and part of the streaming platform's management team. In this role, she is responsible for the data- and market-driven development of content offerings with the aim of sustainably increasing the visibility and usage of RTL+. In July 2024, she joined RTL Germany as Senior Director of Strategy & Transformation, where she took over the management of strategic projects.
Prior to that, she worked for Netflix in Amsterdam and Berlin for over four years, where she helped shape the data-driven content and market strategy for German-speaking countries. Other positions took her to the Investment Management and Mergers & Acquisitions departments at Axel Springer. She holds a master's degree in finance and a bachelor's degree in international business & management and has experience in the international media, digital, and content business.
