Daniela Heiß

Daniela Heiß has been a fixture in the media world for over 20 years—with experience in radio, TV, and social media, including more than 15 years in radio. After graduating from high school, she completed an apprenticeship as an audiovisual media specialist and studied at the Bavarian Academy for Television and Digital Media. She worked at ENERGY München as an editorial director and host, where she hosted various programs over the years—from the morning show and mid-morning programming to the chart show “ENERGY Euro Hot 30,” which airs throughout Germany and Austria. Since September 1, 2026, she can also be heard daily on Radio Nostalgie DAB+, an ENERGY Group product. Together with Armin Münch, Dani Heiß co-hosts the "NOSTALGIE Feel Good Morningshow."
In addition to her work in radio, Daniela Heiß is also the voice of several corporate podcasts, including “Besser schlafen” (Bettenrid) and “ChargeOne” (e-mobility). She has also launched her own podcast series: “Grass Doesn’t Grow in the Comfort Zone—The Podcast on Personal Development, Courage, and Mental Strength.” In all her projects, she combines journalistic instincts with storytelling—presenting content in a way that makes it understandable, relatable, and relevant.
She also regularly moderates panels and corporate events, focusing on making topics clear, accessible, and engaging.
