Daniela Heiß

Daniela Heiß has been at home in the media world for over 20 years, with experience in radio, TV, and social media, including more than 15 years in radio. After graduating from high school, she completed an apprenticeship as an audiovisual media clerk and studied at the Bavarian Academy for Television and Digital Media. Today, she works at ENERGY Munich as an editorial manager and presenter, where she has hosted various formats over the years – from the morning show to the ENERGY Euro Hot 30 chart show, which is broadcast throughout Germany and Austria. Since 2025, she has also been hosting a daily morning show on Radio Nostalgie DAB+.
In addition to her work in radio, Daniela Heiß is also the voice of several corporate podcasts, including “Besser schlafen” (Bettenrid) and “ChargeOne” (e-mobility). She has also created her own format: “In der Komfortzone wächst kein Gras” (No grass grows in the comfort zone) – the podcast about personal development, courage, and mental strength. In all her projects, she combines journalistic flair with storytelling – telling stories in a way that makes them understandable, accessible, and relevant.
She also regularly moderates panels and corporate events, with a focus on making topics clear, accessible, and lively.
