Pauline Tillmann

Pauline Tillmann is the founder and editor-in-chief of the digital magazine DEINE KORRESPONDENTIN, where female correspondents have been reporting on inspiring women around the world since 2015. After completing an internship at Bayerischer Rundfunk, she worked as a freelance foreign correspondent in St. Petersburg from 2011 to 2015. She has frequently served as a project manager, including for DW, the Bonn Institute, and CORRECTIV. Since 2023, she has been a program manager at the Better Leaders Lab, and in 2024 she also served as managing director of karla Magazine in Konstanz. Since March 2026, she has been establishing a youth editorial team as part of a pilot project for the SÜDKURIER and regularly works as a coach, consultant, moderator, and speaker.
