Yasmina is Senior Audience Development Manager at Deutsche Welle. With her many years of experience in data-based social media strategies, digital storytelling, and community management, she advises editorial teams worldwide on dealing with young target groups, digital risks, and platform logic. As an international trainer and speaker, she is particularly committed to sustainable engagement, digital security, and mental health in journalism. As part of the fellowship, she wants to explore how bridges can be built between community management, journalism, and audience strategies—because dialogue with the audience is not an afterthought, but a central component of journalistic work.
