Lili Maffiotte

After training as a photographer (1990–1993), Lili Maffiote initially worked in the photo department of the Nordsee-Zeitung Bremerhaven newspaper. This was followed by an internship and positions in the local, general, and sports editorial departments. In 2015, she took on responsibilities in the online editorial department before becoming head of the Emsland Content Unit at the Neue Osnabrücker Zeitung in Osnabrück in 2021. Since 2025, she has been an advisor to the editorial board with a focus on artificial intelligence and automation.
