Mareike Stürenburg

As a social scientist, Mareike analyzes the digital strategies of the far right, with a particular focus on their targeted exploitation of gaming communities. As a passionate gamer herself, she is convinced that gaming is more than just a leisure activity; it forms an important social space that deserves a deeper socio-political understanding. Over the past four years, she has gained valuable experience as a monitoring consultant at the Amadeu Antonio Foundation. She is currently working on her doctorate at the University of Tübingen.
