Bianka Morgen

Editor in Chief Digital at InStyle & freundin, Burda Verlag

After completing a two-year journalism program at the Bauer Media School in Hamburg, Bianka Morgen began her career in 2013 at Cosmopolitan in Munich, where she worked as an editor until 2014. She then joined the Munich-based digital start-up Stylight, where she helped develop the online magazine as part of the editorial team led by Kerstin Weng. During this time, she also contributed as a freelance writer to magazines such as Petra, Freundin, and Cosmopolitan.
In 2015, she joined InStyle, where she initially served as Digital Lead, responsible for building and strategically developing InStyle.de. In 2018, she was promoted to Deputy Editor in Chief, significantly expanding the brand's digital presence.
Since November 2024, Bianka Morgen has been working at Burda Verlag as Editor-in-Chief of InStyle.de and Freundin.de. She is also responsible for the print line extension InStyle Sport.
