As managing director, Moritz Hoffmann is responsible for consulting, planning, and implementation across all media channels, as well as for the product and engineering teams at the pilot agency group. He ensures that media, data, and technology work together to achieve maximum impact.
With over 550 experts, the pilot agency group serves renowned national and international companies from a wide range of industries, including Procter & Gamble, 1&1, Dr. Oetker, Klosterfrau, OBI, and Techniker Krankenkasse.
Previously, Moritz Hoffmann worked for the delivery service Gorillas as General Manager Germany and was responsible for all e-commerce and advertising activities as Senior Director Global Retail Media. Other positions included management roles at platforms and digital marketplaces such as Domino's Pizza Enterprises Ltd. and Deliveroo.
As Chairman of the Retail Media Ecosystem at the German Digital Economy Association (BVDW), Moritz is committed to industry-wide standardization and competitiveness.
