Max Lotter
DASDING, SWR
Max Lotter hosted his first radio show on local radio at the age of eleven - and asked Paul Maar direct investigative questions (“Why are Sam's dots actually blue?”). Born in Bamberg in 1987, he completed a journalistic traineeship after his civilian service and studied communication science in combination with business administration and politics. He has been working at SWR DASDING since 2014, initially as a presenter, editor and CvD - since 2017 as deputy program director and team leader radio.
He is responsible for around 75 employees, mainly from Gen Z - and therefore knows pretty well where things sometimes grate between generations (and how to work well together despite this).
