Dr. Judit Bayer

Judit Bayer is Professor of Media Law and International Law at the Budapest University of Economics, Hungary. Her research area is freedom of expression, media freedom and pluralism and privacy protection. She holds a doctorate in constitutional law (internet regulation). Judit Bayer is the author of several books, peer-reviewed articles and policy studies in the field of media law. She specialises in disinformation, hate speech, SLAPP and the human rights requirements of AI systems.
