Fellows from Media Lab Bayerns Research Programs Present their Results

In Media Lab Bayern's Future of News Fellowship, innovative media experts work on topics that advance the industry. Social journalism and gaming are among this year's topics, and the fellows have gathered knowledge and built prototypes that can benefit the entire industry. At the same time, the Reinvent Social Platforms Fellowship took place for the first time in 2025, offered by Media Lab Bayern in collaboration with SWR X Lab. The fellows here have investigated how the Fediverse can help make social media more democratic, more European, and less toxic. These fellows are also presenting their results here!
