What we have learned so far about working well with AI
Generative AI was once heralded as the “Great Equalizer”, which was supposed to raise all skills to the same level - intuitive and accessible for everyone. In practice, the opposite has happened: The gap between power users and “normalos” is widening. Before we talk about superintelligence and the next advances, we first need to distribute the progress that has already been made. So what does AI work look like that puts people at the center and takes everyone with it? How do human and Artificial Intelligence find their most important gaps? And how do we move from “Human in the Loop” to “AI in the Loop”?
